Credit Returns Policy:
We understand the importance of maintaining product satisfaction for our wholesale customers. If you encounter any issues with the products you've purchased, we offer store credit for returns. Please follow the outlined process to initiate a return:
Contact us at admin@zetagroup.co.nz within 10 days (during business days) of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Once authorized, return the items in their original condition and packaging to our designated warehouse address 27 Timberly Road, Māngere, Auckland 2022.
Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue store credit equivalent to the original purchase price, which can be used for future wholesale purchases.
Conditions for Returns:
Returns must be requested within 10 days (during business days) of receiving the order.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Sale items are non-returnable unless found to be faulty.
